T.I.M.E. Consulting LLC (“T.I.M.E.,” “we,” “us”) operates Anchor Point (the “Service”). This
Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
- Information We Collect
Information you provide
● Account info (name, email, password)
● Optional organization info (name, role)
● User Content (situations you type, follow-up questions, notes, and any information you
submit)
Information we collect automatically
● Device and usage data (device type, OS/app version, browser, pages/screens viewed,
timestamps)
● IP address and approximate location (country/state-level where available)
● Diagnostic data (crash logs, performance)
● Cookie and tracking data — see our Cookie & Tracking Notice (Section 13)
Payment information (if applicable)
Payments are processed by third parties. We receive limited billing details (e.g., subscription
status), not full card numbers.
- Sensitive Information Notice
Anchor Point is designed for educational guidance and is not intended to receive highly sensitive
personal information. Please avoid submitting:
● Medical records, diagnosis documents, therapy notes
● Social Security numbers or government IDs
● Sensitive details not needed for educational guidance
If you submit sensitive information anyway, you understand we will process it as described here
to provide the Service.
- How We Use Information
We use information to:
● Provide and operate the Service (including generating responses)
● Personalize experiences (where enabled)
● Maintain safety and prevent misuse
● Improve reliability and user experience
● Provide customer support and communicate updates
● Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms - AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers
Your inputs may be processed by automated AI systems to generate outputs. We use third-party
AI infrastructure providers to generate responses. These providers process your inputs pursuant
to their own terms and data processing agreements.
We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use your inputs to train their foundational
models, except as may be permitted by our service agreements with them. For a current list of AI

Opt-out: You may request opt-out from use of your User Content for service improvement
purposes by contacting Info@anchorpointcalminthestorm.com. - How We Share Information
We may share information with:
● Service providers (hosting, analytics, support tools, security, payment processors, AI
infrastructure)
● Legal/safety responders (to comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud, enforce
agreements)
● Business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale — you will be notified of material
changes)
We do not sell your personal information for money. - Data Retention
We retain account information for the duration of your active account plus 1 year following
account deletion or closure.
Conversation and input data is retained for as long as your account is active, for service
provision and improvement, unless you opt out, after which it is deleted or irreversibly
anonymized.
Records required for legal compliance are retained for the period mandated by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information
against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is 100%
secure.
- Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting
Info@anchorpointcalminthestorm.com.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Rights may vary by
jurisdiction. - State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state law,
including:
● The right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used
● The right to request deletion of your personal information
● The right to correct inaccurate personal information
● The right to opt out of certain uses of your information
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Virginia residents may have rights under the CDPA. Colorado residents may have rights under

Anchor Point is not designed to receive, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as
defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). T.I.M.E.
Consulting LLC does not act as a Business Associate (as defined under HIPAA) and does not
offer Business Associate Agreements. Do not submit PHI through the Service. - Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. In addition, consistent with the
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us personal
information, contact Info@anchorpointcalminthestorm.com immediately and we will delete it. - International Users
If you use the Service outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other
jurisdictions where we or our vendors operate, which may have different data protection laws. - Cookie & Tracking Notice
We and our service providers use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to
operate and improve the Service, analyze usage, and for security purposes.
You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain
cookies may affect Service functionality.
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, but we honor opt-out rights
under applicable state law as described in Section 9.
- Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you as required
by applicable law. Notification will be provided via email to the address associated with your
account and/or via in-app notice within the timeframe required by law. - Updates
We may update this Policy. The “Last Updated” date will change. Material updates will be
