AI Use Disclosure and Limitations

Anchor Point uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence (“AI”), to generate
educational guidance based on what you type.

How Anchor Point Governs AI
Anchor Point uses AI within a governed system designed to operate according to defined
human-approved frameworks, evidence standards, safety boundaries, and response rules, which
we continue to develop and refine. The AI model does not independently determine Anchor
Point’s standards, policies, or content rules. These controls are intended to improve consistency
and safety but cannot eliminate the possibility of error.

What AI Can Do
● Provide step-by-step educational options and suggestions
● Offer follow-up questions to clarify a situation
● Provide general strategies commonly used by caregivers and educators

What AI Cannot Do
● Diagnose conditions or determine root causes with certainty
● Replace professional judgment, training, or individualized assessment
● Guarantee outcomes or predict future behavior
● Act as emergency response or crisis support
● Constitute the practice of any licensed profession

Known Limitations
AI Output may be:
● Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading
● Based on misunderstood or incomplete inputs
● Missing important context about your specific situation
● Inappropriate for your setting, policies, or the child’s individual needs

AI Bias and Fairness
AI systems, including those used in Anchor Point, and the information used to develop or
support them may contain limitations or biases and may not perform equally across all cultural
contexts, family structures, individual circumstances, disabilities, developmental profiles, or
behavioral presentations. T.I.M.E. works to reduce bias but cannot guarantee unbiased output.
You are encouraged to apply your own professional judgment and consider the full individual
context of your situation.

No Human Review
Anchor Point’s AI responses are generated automatically and ordinarily are not reviewed by a
licensed professional before they are provided to you. Always apply your own judgment and
consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

AI Provider Transparency
Anchor Point uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate responses. We do not authorize our
AI providers to use your inputs to train their foundational models except as expressly governed
by our service agreements. For information about our current AI subprocessors, contact

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
● Evaluating safety and appropriateness before acting on any AI Output
● Following applicable policies, laws, professional standards, and your own training
● Seeking qualified professional help whenever needed
● Not presenting AI Output as the opinion or recommendation of a licensed professional
