Anchor Point exists to support steady, safe, skill-building responses for caregivers, parents, and
educators. To protect users and reduce harm, you agree to the rules below.
These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Anchor Point Terms of Service. By using
the Service, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines.

You Agree Not To
●​ Use the Service as an emergency service or substitute for calling local emergency services
or crisis resources.
●​ Request or use the Service to plan, encourage, or carry out harm to self or others.
●​ Submit content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or abusive.
●​ Share private information about individuals you do not have the right to share.
●​ Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe security.
●​ Reverse engineer, scrape, automate extraction, or bypass usage limits.
●​ Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, credentials, or role.
●​ Use outputs to violate applicable laws, professional standards, or organizational policies.
●​ Use the Service to promote abuse, neglect, or unsafe restraint practices.
●​ Use the Service to seek, generate, or distribute medical or psychological diagnoses for any
child or individual.
●​ Present or distribute AI-generated outputs from this Service as the opinion,
recommendation, or guidance of a licensed professional.
●​ Use the Service for any purpose that violates the rights, privacy, safety, or dignity of
children or families.

Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts to protect user
safety, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse. We reserve the right to report conduct
that we believe constitutes illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
