REAL-TIME SUPPORT. BUILT FOR THE YOUTH IN FRONT OF YOU.

THE MISSING PIECE

Knowing about something and being able to do it in the moment are two completely different things.

Adults are not automatically equipped with the skills it takes to support youth through hard moments. Take co-regulation as just one example — it is something we hear about, read about, and know matters. But knowing about it and actually doing it in the middle of a meltdown, a shutdown, or a moment of complete dysregulation are two entirely different things. The same is true for setting limits that actually work, helping a youth identify what they are feeling, knowing when to step in and when to step back, or figuring out what is actually driving the behavior in front of you.

These are skills. And like every skill, they have to be built, practiced, and reinforced over time — not just read about once and expected to show up perfectly when emotions are running high and the situation is already moving fast. That is not a personal failure. It is a gap in what has been made available.

Anchor Point has done that work. We have taken the science of the brain, the nervous system, and youth behavior and made it accessible, understandable, and usable — regardless of your background, your training, or the age of the youth you are supporting. The app is built for youth from early childhood through early adulthood, and it meets you exactly where you are.

HOW IT WORKS

One profile. One youth. Guidance that gets more specific every time.

You create one profile per youth. It does not need to be detailed. You do not need a diagnosis. You do not need to share anything sensitive. Use initials, a nickname, or any name you choose. Add what you know: short attention span, big feelings at transitions, shuts down when overwhelmed. That is enough to start.

When a hard moment happens and you open the app, that profile is already there. The guidance you receive is shaped by what the app already knows about this specific youth — not a generic script, but a response built around what you have already shared.

If you are working with more than one youth, you can create multiple profiles. Each one stays separate, and each one builds its own picture over time.

What you do NOT need to get started

✓  An official diagnosis

✓  Clinical training or expertise

✓  The youth’s real name or identifying information

✓  A perfect understanding of what is happening

✓  Any experience with apps or technology

You just need to show up. The app meets you there.

WHERE REAL CHANGE HAPPENS

Every time you use it, the youth in your life is building a toolkit.

This is the part that matters most. When you use the app to navigate a hard moment, you are not just getting advice for yourself. You are actively helping the youth in front of you begin to understand their own brain, their own responses, and what actually helps them.

The app tracks what works and what does not — without you having to do anything extra. Skills that helped get reinforced. Patterns that keep showing up get named. Over time, the youth you are supporting starts to build real self-awareness: what their brain does under stress, what helps them come back to steady ground, and what to do when things feel out of control.

This is not a one-session fix. It is a consistent, cumulative process. The more you use it, the more it builds. And that is where you start to see true, lasting change — not just in the hard moment, but in how the youth begins to understand and navigate themselves.

The app tracks patterns

Without any extra steps from you, the app builds a picture of what is working and what is not — specific to this youth, over time.

Skills get reinforced

What worked gets built upon. What did not gets set aside. The guidance gets more specific and more useful the longer you use it.

Youth build self-awareness

The youth in your life begins to understand their own brain, their own responses, and what helps them — because you are consistently showing up with the right tools.

We aren’t solving behaviors.
We’re solving understanding.

Every time you open the app, you are moving through the same four steps — for yourself, and for the youth in front of you.

CONFUSION  →  CLARITY  →  CONFIDENCE  →  CALM

START WHERE YOU ARE

One profile. One youth. See what builds.

You do not need to have it all figured out. Start with what you know about the youth in front of you. The app will meet you there — and build from it.
